The average salary of employees in enterprises of the Rivne region (with 10 or more hired workers) in November 2025 was 23,724 UAH, which is lower than the national average of 27,167 UAH. Compared to the previous month, salaries in the region increased by 0.5%.

The highest salaries in the region were received by employees of enterprises engaged in the supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning, as well as in the field of information and telecommunications. Salaries in these sectors amounted to 60,383 UAH and 50,839 UAH respectively, significantly exceeding the average level in the economy. The highest salary in Ukraine was also recorded in the information and telecommunications sector — 66,934 UAH.
The lowest salary in the region in November 2025 was recorded for employees in the field of libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural institutions — 11,946 UAH, which is also below the national average of 15,090 UAH.
According to the regional wage ranking, the Rivne region ranks 9th. The highest salary level was recorded in the city of Kyiv — 40,633 UAH.
