In the second minute of the match, Oleksandr Basych struck the “Sokil” goal with a direct shot from the corner of the box, and in the second half, Artem Malynovskyi was fouled by the goalkeeper of the Khmelnytskyi club, leading to a penalty converted by Dmytro Dyachenko. Two minutes later, Serhii Kravchuk scored the third goal with a powerful shot from a sharp angle.

By the end of the match, it became clear that the Rivne team was lacking energy after a long journey. The “Sokil” team reduced the deficit, but “Cardinal Avangard” became the first finalist of the Ukrainian Cup.
