According to information from the Rivne Regional Hydrometeorological Center, short-term snow and wet snow are expected throughout the day, with possible light icing and the accumulation of wet snow in some areas. Icy conditions will develop on the roads, which may complicate movement.
The wind will be from the northwest at a speed of 8-14 m/s, with possible gusts reaching 18-23 m/s. The air temperature in Rivne will remain between -1°C and +1°C.
Meteorologists also warn of dangerous meteorological phenomena in the city and region due to strong wind gusts that may reach 25-27 m/s, as well as icy conditions on the roads. The first and second levels of danger have been declared — yellow and orange.
