Preparation for the major repair of the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway is ongoing in the Rivne region.

Currently, the process of allocating land plots, which are planned to be transferred for permanent use to the Regional Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service, is nearing completion.
As part of the major repair project, updates are planned for sections of the international M-06 highway that pass through the territories of Babyn, Bilokrynytsia, Velykomezhyritsi, Velykomeleiany, Hoshcha, and Korets communities. The financing of the works will be provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
During the major repair, the construction of new interchanges and pedestrian crossings is planned, along with the laying of additional local roads, the widening of existing ones, the installation of sidewalks, and the establishment of new public transport stops, as well as noise barriers and modern lighting.
