The Council of the Plastun Referentura took place in the village of Voloshky in the Rivne region.

The event discussed not only strategic development plans but also specific tasks for the upcoming year. A significant moment was the election of the new leadership of the referentura, where Plastun Taras Radchenko from the Rivne region was elected as the deputy head.
The referentura is actively engaged in the development of role-playing Plastun activities, organizing summer and winter camps, fire show training, board games, debates, acting skills, and styling. In addition, it is responsible for developing thematic Plastun skills for youth to make their experience in Plast interesting and beneficial.
Representatives from various cities in Ukraine attended the Council of the referentura, including Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
