Experts discovered dangerous products in a store in Dubno.

During the inspection, it was found that TVs of the brand ERGO LED SMART 32” (model 32GFS6500), TVs of the brand ERGO LED SMART 43” (model 43GFS6500), and TVs of the brand HISENSE HDMI 40” (model 40A5NQ) were on sale without energy labels on the front panel. This is a serious violation of the requirements, as energy labels were found in the store in packages with technical documentation, as confirmed by photographic evidence.
It was also discovered that the electric kettle of the brand Hilton (model НЕК-185) does not meet DSTU standards based on the results of the conducted tests.
The store owner was provided with a decision to take measures – a temporary ban and restrictions on the sale of the products in the market.
The cost of the seized samples and the expenses related to the examination were fully reimbursed by the business entity to the state budget.
