Sarny inspectors discovered a BMW vehicle that raised their suspicion due to the driver’s lack of an insurance policy.

The patrol officers signaled for the vehicle to stop using flashing lights and sirens. However, the driver ignored the request and began to flee.
After a brief chase, the driver stopped and was apprehended. During the document check, signs of alcohol intoxication were found in the 19-year-old driver, with a breathalyzer result of 0.36 promille.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the offender for the following articles:
- Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- Part 1 of Article 122-2 (Failure to comply with a stop signal) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- Part 1 of Article 126 (Driving without an insurance policy) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
