Today, February 16, the court granted the investigator’s request, choosing a preventive measure of 60 days of detention without the possibility of bail for the 46-year-old resident of the village of Klevan.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing under four articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 1 of Article 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer);
- Part 1 of Article 289 (illegal possession of a vehicle);
- Part 1 of Article 263 (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition, or explosives);
- Part 5 of Article 407 (desertion from a military unit).
According to the information, the individual in the case may face up to 10 years of imprisonment.
