Vitaliy Mahiel Street Became the Scene of the Driver’s Arrest
Yesterday, in Rivne, on Vitaliy Mahiel Street, the patrol police arrested a driver of a “VAZ” vehicle who was violating traffic rules.

The 22-year-old man exhibited aggressive behavior during the document check and attempted to start a fight, prompting the officers to take measures for his arrest.
Additionally, the driver showed signs of alcohol intoxication. He was charged with administrative offenses under several articles of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses:
- protocol under part 2 of article 130 (Refusal to undergo an examination for intoxication a second time within a year);
- protocol under part 5 of article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive);
- resolution under part 5 of article 121 (Violation of seat belt usage rules).
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
