During the document check, the patrol officers discovered that the driver’s license presented by the 27-year-old man was not found in the database under the specified series and number. Furthermore, the document showed signs of forgery, including an unusual font.

Investigators were called to the scene to clarify all circumstances. Following the inspection, a report was drawn up against the driver under part 2 of Article 126 (Driver did not obtain a driver’s license of the appropriate category) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Two hours later, the patrol officers again found the same driver in the village of Pryvilne, where he was stopped once more. This time, a protocol was drawn up against him under part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have the right to drive such a vehicle) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

It is known that investigators have already opened proceedings under part 3 of Article 358 (Using a knowingly forged document) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
