The municipal guard in Kostopol, which recently started its operations, has begun to document traffic violations and impose fines. Previously, drivers only received warnings, but now they face administrative penalties for improper parking.

- stopping too close to pedestrian crossings or intersections;
- parking on sidewalks, obstructing pedestrian movement;
- ignoring markings or traffic signs.
