Not long ago, in the city of Dubno, on Mykhailo Hrushevskyi Street, patrol officers stopped a BMW vehicle for violating traffic rules: the car was driving at night without its low beam headlights on.

During the document check, the police found signs of alcohol intoxication in the 20-year-old driver. The examination results showed a positive result — 1.68 promille.
The inspectors drew up a report under part 2 of Article 122 (Violation of the rules for using external lighting devices) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, as well as a protocol under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence of alcohol) of the same code.
