Patrol officers arrested a 20-year-old driver who was behind the wheel for the third time this year while under the influence of alcohol.

During nighttime patrols on Akademika Hrushevskoho Street in Rivne, law enforcement stopped a Mercedes vehicle. The driver, a 20-year-old young man, raised suspicion due to his behavior.
Upon checking the driver’s documents, signs of alcohol intoxication were detected, and the examination confirmed this: the blood alcohol level was 0.96 promille.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the offender under several articles:
- under part 3 of article 130 (Driving under the influence, committed for the third time within a year) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- under part 5 of article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have the right to operate such a vehicle).
