Yesterday in Sarny, on Mykola Amosov Street, inspectors stopped a man on a Kugoo electric scooter who was making dangerous maneuvers on the road.

During communication with the 44-year-old driver, the police noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. An alcohol test was conducted on-site using the Alcotest Drager gas analyzer. The test result was 1.70 promille, which significantly exceeds the allowable limit.
The driver was issued an administrative protocol under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
