Yesterday, around 2:00 PM, on the highway near Obariv, patrol officers stopped a BMW vehicle whose driver exceeded the allowed speed, traveling at 112 km/h.

The offense was recorded using the TruCam device.
During communication with the 28-year-old driver, the patrol officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. When checked with a breathalyzer, the results were positive — 0.29 promille.
A protocol was drawn up against the offender under part 1 of article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and a decision was made under part 4 of article 122 (Exceeding the established speed limit by more than 50 km/h) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
