During the inspection of the vehicle, the officers discovered that a 23-year-old woman was behind the wheel, exhibiting clear signs of alcohol intoxication. Her young son was in the car with her.

The results of the breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol content of 2.63 promille, which exceeds the allowable limit by more than 13 times. Additionally, the officers found out that the woman had never obtained a driver’s license of the appropriate category.

Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the offender: under part 1 of Article 130 (driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and under part 5 of Article 126 (repeated driving of a vehicle within a year by a person who has never obtained a driver’s license) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

The vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The patrol officers also informed juvenile prevention workers about the transportation of the child in dangerous conditions for further action.
