Yesterday, in the city of Dubno, on Zaliznychna Street, TOR officers discovered a man riding a Bluish electric scooter in the oncoming traffic lane.

The police noticed signs of alcohol intoxication in the driver and suggested he undergo a sobriety test using a Dräger breathalyzer. The man agreed to the check.
The test results were positive: the blood alcohol content was 0.90 promille. The 20-year-old man was issued an administrative protocol under part 1 of article 130 (Driving Under the Influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
