Last night in the city of Dubno, on Zamkova Street, police stopped a Mustang motorcycle, the driver of which was riding in the dark without a rear marker light.

During the document check, the inspectors discovered that the 19-year-old driver did not have the right to operate a vehicle, as he had never obtained a driver’s license of any category, and had already been driving without one for over a year.
Additionally, during the conversation with the police, the young man exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication. The examination result showed 1.56‰.
The police compiled administrative materials against the offender under the following articles:
- under part 3 of article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated for the third time within a year or refusing to undergo an examination) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- under part 5 of article 126 (Repeatedly driving a vehicle by a person who has not obtained a driver’s license of the appropriate category) of the Code of Administrative Offenses;
- under part 6 of article 121 (Driving a vehicle that is not registered or not re-registered in accordance with the established procedure) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
