The Last Journey of the Hero
A farewell will be held for Yuriy Ryzhy in the Volodymyrets community.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the community will gather in the square to welcome the Hero after the memorial service, which will take place at the Unity Square. After that, the escort will proceed to the St. Mykola Church, where the farewell will be held.
Following the church service, the procession will head to the fallen hero’s home on Hrushevskyi Street, and then to the local cemetery, where the burial will take place.
Yuriy Vasylovych Ryzhy was killed on November 2, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission in Donetsk region, bravely defending Ukraine, its freedom, and independence.
