On January 31 at 12:30, the Rivne Emergency Service received a report of a fire in a private residence in the city of Sarny on Sosnova Street. Two fire crews from the 8th State Fire and Rescue Unit were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, rescuers discovered that the fire was located in a two-story residential building. Thick smoke was billowing from the roof and windows of the structure. Firefighters promptly began extinguishing the fire to prevent it from spreading to neighboring buildings.
The rescuers were able to localize and extinguish the fire, avoiding serious consequences. Fortunately, none of the residents were injured. The causes of the fire are currently being investigated.
