A court process has begun in Rivne against a 27-year-old man who committed fraud by taking his acquaintance’s mobile phone. The perpetrator, taking advantage of trust, asked a friend to make a call, after which he made the call and disappeared with the phone.

Despite showing genuine remorse, he faces up to three years of imprisonment according to the article’s sanctions. The incident occurred on September 21 on Solomiya Krushelnytska Street. Following the event, law enforcement officers were able to locate the suspect within a few hours on one of the streets of the regional center.
