The XIV Winter Paralympic Games, held in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, have concluded. Ukrainian athlete Hryhoriy Shymko from the Rivne region successfully debuted at these competitions.

In para biathlon, Hryhoriy showcased impressive results:
- 15th place in the 7.5 km sprint;
- 11th place in the 12.5 km individual race;
- 9th place in the pursuit race;
- 8th place in the para cross-country skiing;
- 9th place in the 20 km distance in the 1 km sprint.
These achievements demonstrate the athlete’s high level of preparation and his potential in future competitions.
