Officers from Police Department No. 4 (Berezne) conducted a sanctioned search at the home of a 30-year-old resident of the village of Horodysche in the Bereznivka territorial community.
During the investigative actions, the police discovered and seized 122 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, as well as nearly 3 kilograms of artillery powder and explosive substances.
In connection with the illegal handling of weapons, military supplies, and explosives, the investigator has initiated a pre-trial investigation.
The seized items have been sent for examination. Based on the results of the examination, a decision will be made regarding notifying the suspect of the charges.
The article’s sanction provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 7 years.
