Starting December 1, applications will be accepted for housing vouchers for internally displaced persons (IDPs) whose homes remain in temporarily occupied territories. This process is available for families with the status of combatants or individuals with disabilities due to the war. Applications can be submitted through the “Diia” app.

The voucher has a nominal value of 2 million hryvnias. The program is implemented based on the state Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property, which allows for the automatic retrieval of all necessary data.
The housing voucher opens up opportunities for purchasing an apartment or house, investing in construction, using funds as a down payment, or for mortgage repayment.
The voucher is valid for five years.
