A 35-year-old man has been placed in a temporary detention facility for foreigners and stateless persons.

The foreigner arrived in Ukraine in 2021 and settled in the Rivne region, where he met a girl. However, he did not formalize his residency documents.
As a result, the man lived in Ukraine in violation of immigration legislation, exceeding the allowed period of stay. In 2021, law enforcement officials prepared administrative materials under Article 203 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and decided to forcibly return him to his country of origin, but he did not comply with this decision.
