From January to October 2025, property owners in the Rivne region transferred 274.2 million hryvnias in property tax, excluding land tax, to local budgets.

According to the data from the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Rivne region, this amount is 18% higher than the figures for the same period last year. Thus, the budgets of local communities received an additional 42 million hryvnias.
Of the total tax amount, 137.7 million hryvnias were paid by legal entities, while individuals contributed 136.5 million hryvnias.
It is worth noting that in 2025, citizens are paying tax that was assessed for the 2024 reporting year.
