The accident occurred on October 11 at around 14:15 in the village of Velykyi Stydyn.

Police officers who arrived at the scene discovered that a 44-year-old resident of the village of Malyi Mydsk, driving a T-40 tractor with a trailer, miscalculated the edge of the bank while moving near a body of water, which led to the overturning of the agricultural machinery into the pond.
Unfortunately, as a result of the accident, the driver died at the scene.
Rescuers used special equipment to lift the tractor. The body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue for a forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
An investigator has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the violation of traffic safety rules that led to the fatal incident.
