As a result of a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Varash, the passenger of the two-wheeled vehicle was injured. The accident occurred on September 21 at around 21:30.

According to the investigator, the driver of the “Volkswagen Passat,” a 38-year-old resident of the village of Dibrivka, was exiting a secondary road onto the main road without yielding, which led to the collision with the motorcycle “Loncin,” driven by an 18-year-old resident of the village of Sobishchi.
The motorcycle was not registered in accordance with the law, and its rider was traveling without the headlight on and, according to eyewitnesses, at high speed. It was found that neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing helmets.
As a result of the accident, the 15-year-old passenger of the motorcycle, who is a resident of Varash, sustained four fractures and was hospitalized.
The investigator is conducting a pre-trial investigation under part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, concerning violations of traffic safety rules.
