Yesterday, on Vyacheslav Chornovil Street, patrol officers discovered a vehicle whose driver violated the “No Entry” road sign.

The police stopped the vehicle for inspection. During the document check, it was revealed that a 47-year-old man was wanted under Article 210 (Evasion from registration or undergoing mobilization training) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which requires his administrative detention and delivery to the Territorial Recruitment Center for Staffing and Social Support.
The citizen refused to voluntarily go to the Territorial Recruitment Center and attempted to flee. As a result, the police used physical force and handcuffs in accordance with Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police.”
The inspectors prepared a protocol for administrative detention and also issued a ruling under Part 1 of Article 122 (Violation of road sign requirements) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The man was taken to the city Territorial Recruitment Center and Social Support, where the staff drew up a protocol under Part 3 of Article 210-1 (Violation of legislation on defense, mobilization training, and mobilization) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. No other citizens were detained.
