Participants of the meeting received instructions to limit electricity consumption, particularly concerning street lighting and outdoor advertising.

Law enforcement plans to increase patrols to ensure that the lack of lighting on the streets does not affect citizens’ safety.

Currently, there are no grounds for lifting the curfew in the region.

Critical institutions, including hospitals, must be provided with generators and fuel in necessary quantities.

Preschools should continue their operations. As for schools, decisions should be flexible depending on the specific situation and in close coordination with the relevant department.
