On February 16, the body of a man was discovered without signs of life in an open area of the village of Stare Selo in the Sarny district.

According to preliminary data, the deceased was born in 1990. The cause of death was severe hypothermia.
Rescuers in Rivne region once again emphasize the need for caution in cold weather.
To avoid similar tragedies, simple recommendations should be followed:
- dress in several layers;
- protect exposed areas of skin;
- avoid alcohol consumption;
- keep moving constantly.
