The Department of Economic Development of Rivne has announced a competition to select a parking operator on Zamkova Street, which includes the area near the “Avangard” stadium.

The arrangement and maintenance of a paid parking area for vehicles is planned. The competition aims to identify a company or organization that will subsequently manage this territory.
The total area of the new parking lot will be 2,048.75 m², it will operate around the clock and can accommodate up to 149 cars.
The contract for the organization, arrangement, and maintenance of the parking lot is planned to be concluded for a period of 14 years and 11 months.
The competition is expected to take place on June 8, and the new parking lot will be operational no later than 6 months after signing the agreement with the operator.
