The accident occurred on March 29 at around 09:00 in the village of Stepangorod, Volodymyretska community.
According to preliminary data, the 24-year-old driver of the “Lifan” motorcycle failed to ensure the safety of his maneuver at the intersection of equal roads. While making a left turn, he entered the oncoming lane and collided with a “GAZ” vehicle driven by a 33-year-old resident of the village of Velyke Verbche.
As a result of the accident, the 33-year-old passenger of the motorcycle sustained bodily injuries in the form of a leg fracture.
The investigator informed the 24-year-old driver of the suspicion, and the pre-trial investigation has been completed: the materials of the criminal case have been sent to court.
