The High Anti-Corruption Court found the assets of the current Member of Parliament, exceeding seven million hryvnias, to be unjustified. According to “Ukrainian Truth”, this concerns Serhiy Lytvynenko, an MP from the “Servant of the People” party.

The court ruled to confiscate the following cars from 2020:
- Toyota Land Cruiser 200;
- BMW 730LD;
- BMW X5.
The total value of these cars amounted to 7,255,976 hryvnias.
As noted in the report, the lawsuit was filed based on materials from a lifestyle monitoring conducted by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP), as well as evidence collected by the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
It was established that during 2020–2021, these cars were acquired for private ownership by individuals connected to the Member of Parliament, including his unofficial drivers and representatives of a related legal entity. At the same time, after the purchase, the MP himself actually used them, including with the appropriate access to enter the territory of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
By analyzing the income and expenses of the MP, his family members, and individuals connected to him, the Agency determined that the mentioned assets could not have been acquired through legal income.
