Oleg Shandruk noted that the match was eventful, and the fans at the stadium, as well as the viewers at home, had the opportunity to enjoy the game. He emphasized that the first half was more effective for Kryvbas, while in the second half, the advantage belonged to the Rivne team. Overall, the coach believes that the result is justified.
“Did we manage to surprise Kryvbas tactically? It’s hard to say right after the game – a much deeper analysis is needed. If we didn’t win, saying that we outplayed someone would be incorrect and subjective. It was a match of equal opponents, with a lot of goal-scoring opportunities and an interesting game,” he added.
Shandruk expressed gratitude to his players for their determination, noting that the team aimed for victory until the last second of the match. “This is very important. And I want to thank our fans, as despite the long journey, we felt their support. We also sincerely thank everyone who cheered for us from their screens,” the coach concluded.
