Yesterday, September 9, during a patrol of the Sarny community, police officers together with the RPOP stopped a resident of the city of Varash.

During a superficial search, the man was found to be in possession of two glass tubes and one metal tube, inside which a dark-colored substance was discovered, as well as a polyethylene zip bag containing a white crystalline substance resembling drugs.
In connection with this incident, the investigation department of the Sarny Police Department has opened a criminal proceeding under Part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The seized substances have been sent for examination to the Rivne Scientific Research Forensic Center.
