Yesterday in Rivne on Vynnychenka Street, motorcycle patrol officers stopped a Toyota vehicle whose driver failed to signal while changing lanes.

During the conversation with the driver, the law enforcement officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication and suggested he undergo a sobriety test, to which the driver agreed.
The test result was positive — 1.05 promille. The 39-year-old driver was issued administrative materials for:
- Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
- Part 2 of Article 122 (Violation of rules for using external lighting devices) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
The vehicle was towed to the impound lot.
