During the document check, signs of alcohol intoxication were detected in the 45-year-old driver, which was confirmed by the examination result — 1.27%.
A protocol was drawn up against the driver under part 1 of Article 130 (Driving Under the Influence) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and a ruling was issued under part 1 of Article 126 (Driving Without Insurance) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
