Presentation of the National Health Screening Program “40+” in Rivne Region

An online briefing was held at the Rivne Regional Military Administration, where the state program “National Health Screening ’40+'” was presented.

This is reported by Rivne24

This initiative aims to detect cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health issues at an early stage. Every day, over a thousand Ukrainians lose their lives due to cardiovascular diseases, and many people with diabetes are unaware of their condition.

The program provides a convenient participation process: citizens aged 40 and older will receive a personal invitation through the “Diia” app 30 days after their birthday. After confirming their participation, the state will provide 2,000 hryvnias in targeted funds, which can only be used for screening.

If a person does not have the “Diia” app, they can request a plastic card with a special account at selected banks (currently, Privatbank) and contact the nearest Administrative Services Center (ASC). There, assistance will be provided to submit an application, verify identity, and specify the special bank account where 2,000 hryvnias will be credited within 7 days for screening payment.

Examinations will be conducted at state, municipal, and private medical institutions, the list of which can be found on the official program website – https://screening.moz.gov.ua/. Patients will be able to undergo a comprehensive examination in one visit, and results will be received electronically within 72 hours.
