This issue affects people who have never had documents or have lost them. As part of a new project in the Rivne region, efforts will be coordinated among representatives from education, police, civil society, migration services, and social policy to address this situation.
The project aims to work not only with the Roma national community and the homeless but also with those who were born or lived in temporarily occupied territories, as well as internally displaced persons.
