The 38th evacuation train from Donetsk arrived in the Rivne region on December 10, bringing 12 displaced persons.

This train was the first that Rivne received from Donetsk in December.
Among the 12 arrivals, 11 will be accommodated in the communities of the Rivne district, while one person will be placed in Dubno.
From August to October 2025, Rivne received 37 evacuation trains that brought 519 displaced persons.
Among those evacuated were elderly individuals and persons with disabilities.
