Rivne Region: Military Tax Revenue Increased to 3 Billion Hryvnias

From January to November 2025, taxpayers in the Rivne region paid 2.9 billion hryvnias in military tax to the state budget. This is 2 billion hryvnias more than in the same period last year, indicating an almost fourfold increase in revenue.

The military tax is paid by all categories of taxpayers in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine. In 2025, the rates for the military tax are established as follows:

  • Individual entrepreneurs of the 1st, 2nd, and 4th groups – 10% of the minimum wage as of January 1 of the reporting year (in 2025, the monthly advance payment amounts to 800 UAH);
  • Single tax payers of the 3rd group (excluding e-residents) – 1% of the income received, payable quarterly;
  • Entrepreneurs on the general taxation system – 5% of the net annual taxable income;
  • Employees – 5% of the accrued salary.
