At the final meeting, the results of the control inspection in the field of civil protection, which took place from April 20 to 29 in the Rivne region, were announced.

The commission of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) evaluated documents, the notification system, the condition of shelters, and the action algorithm during emergencies.
The inspection covered the readiness of the civil protection system to respond to emergencies, including management decisions and the performance of forces on the ground.
Over the year, the fund of protective structures in the region has increased by more than 100 facilities. There is also a positive trend in improving their arrangements.
Systematic work is underway to create fire and rescue teams. In total, it is planned to increase the number of such units by 48, with 8 expected this year.
