In Rivne region, an 18-year-old young man, who had previously been sentenced to one and a half years of probation for illegal possession of a vehicle, faces a new prison term. According to the investigation, the young man assisted other citizens in evading mobilization, which could lead to a punishment of up to 9 years of imprisonment.

The offender was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was informed of the suspicion under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office. The court has already chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days.
