“Support for the military remains a top priority. From the available budget surplus, 27.5 million UAH has been allocated as subsidies to 45 military units. An additional 43 million UAH has been earmarked for the implementation of the city’s social program ‘Social Protection of Defenders of Ukraine and Their Families,'” noted the Secretary of the Rivne City Council, Viktor Shakiryanz.
In addition, 6.5 million UAH has been planned for one-time payments to citizens upon signing their first contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since January of this year, the amount of such payment has been increased from 30,000 UAH to 50,000 UAH.
An important area of work is ensuring the stable operation of educational, cultural, and social institutions in the community, for which over 100 million UAH has been allocated for employee salaries.
Also, during the session, funds were allocated from the reserve fund of the Rivne City Territorial Community budget for the treatment of citizens.
“We systematically support the military, their families, and the residents of the city, ensuring social stability. Despite all challenges, we continue to work and strengthen our community. We thank our defenders, thanks to whom we have the opportunity to live and work under peaceful skies,” added Viktor Shakiryanz.
