After the air alarm was announced, a 10-year-old child, who was alone in the city, tried to reach the shelter at kindergarten No. 40. However, they were not allowed into the bomb shelter, and the reasons for the refusal remain unknown.
According to information provided by Ms. Oksana, who witnessed the event, at the time of the alarm, the child was without parents: the mother was working, and the father is serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This case highlights the importance of ensuring the safety of children during emergencies.
