A driver of a KIA vehicle tried to evade responsibility by offering a bribe to the patrol officers.

Recently in Rivne, during a patrol, inspectors stopped a KIA vehicle on Bohoyavlensky Street. Upon checking the documents, it was found that the driver did not have a mandatory insurance policy.
To avoid administrative sanctions, the 33-year-old driver began offering the patrol officers a monetary reward.
Despite numerous warnings about criminal liability, the man continued to insist on his offer and handed over the documents along with cash bills.
As a result, the patrol officers called in an investigative team, and a report was filed against the offender under Part 1 of Article 126 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (absence of an insurance policy for the vehicle).
