Employees of the criminal investigation department and the Rivne district police quickly identified the arsonists who set fire to a kiosk at the market. They turned out to be a 28-year-old resident of Rivne and a 29-year-old resident of the Rivne district. Investigators detained the offenders in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, they were charged with committing the crime.
