Sad news for the community of Hoshcha
Today, the village head of Hoshcha reported a tragedy that occurred with a resident of the village. DNA testing confirmed the death of Mykola Oleksandrovych Melnyk, who had been considered missing since October 27, 2024. He heroically fought for Ukraine in Donetsk region, serving as a sniper in a mechanized battalion.

At the time of his death, Mykola was 47 years old. The village head Mykola Panchuk expressed sincere condolences to the family and comrades of the deceased, emphasizing the courage and bravery with which Melnyk fulfilled his duties.
