The father’s guilt, who abused his son, has been proven in court.

At the end of January this year, another incident occurred in a family in the village of Balashivka in the Bereznivka district. The mother returned home and asked her 13-year-old son to open the door for her. However, the angry father forbade his son from doing so, grabbed him by the arm, and pushed him, causing the boy to fall to the floor.
After that, he kicked his son out into the street without shoes or outer clothing, and when he allowed him to return, he slapped him on the back.
Such actions by the father were classified as intentional minor bodily harm under part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During the trial, the accused admitted his guilt, claiming sincere remorse and explaining his actions by his emotional state.
The Bereznivka District Court sentenced him to 150 hours of community service. Additionally, the accused was subjected to a restrictive measure in the form of mandatory participation in a program for offenders for a period of 3 months, in accordance with paragraph 5 of part 1 of Article 91-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The verdict has not yet entered into legal force, and the parties have the right to appeal it.
